Who We Serve
Who We Serve
Welcome to Navigating Life! We want you to feel heard, supported, accepted, validated, challenged, and listened to, while being given honest feedback without any worry about judgment.

Individuals
We work best with individuals who are seeking change from a life ruled by reactive life patterns such as being consumed by ADHD impulses, anxiety, anger, or symptoms of depression because of a person or situation.
Working with an experienced professional offers dedicated time to address the challenges, learn new information and ways to cope more effectively, to better love yourself and those around you. Getting the help you need is not selfish, it is good self-care.
Couples
A satisfying relationship involves good communication, solid trust, intimacy, and acts of kindness. If this is missing in your life couple’s therapy is an opportunity to improve or turn around a relationship. It provides an opportunity to improve communication skills, build or rebuild trust, safely practice problem-solving and connect in deeper ways with your partner.

Children and Adolescents
(4 years and up)
Children and adolescents enter and leave many life phases as they develop physically, mentally, and emotionally. If you are concerned about the behavior of your child or teen (acting out, withdrawing, low self-esteem, etc.), they may benefit from outside support.
Therapy is a place for your child to share what is on their minds without worrying about parental input. They can safely express feelings and learn to manage big emotions, learn new coping skills, and practice better ways to communicate.
Please note: sometimes working with children and adolescents is best served by working solely with the parents. Parenting is not easy. Come and gather understanding about how behavior is non-verbal communication and how best to respond, learn to be less reactive and moderate your parenting style, or discover ways to launch their teen toward independence.
Families
Ideally, a family is a refuge, a place to go for support and love. Unfortunately, families too often struggle with misunderstandings, stress, feeling disconnected or difficulty relating to each other.
Family therapy will improve your family legacy to have positive effects on developing identity, be a space to achieve as well as make mistakes, and increase loving connections.
